If you're not happy with your purchase within 60 days of receiving it, we'll make it right. Here's how it works:
If the product didn't deliver results:
Keep it—no need to return anything.
Email us at hello@herbalgardens.co.uk or message through our chatbox and tell us what didn't work. We'll either:
- Help you find a better match and send it free, or
- Refund you in full
We're confident in our formulas, but we also know everyone's skin is unique. You shouldn't have to risk your money to find what works. That's our promise: results without compromise extends to your purchase, too.
If you changed your mind (unopened product):
Contact us at hello@herbalgardens.co.uk and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.
How to return:
- Pack your product in the original packaging (or any protective box)
- Use the returns label we provide
- Send it back to us
Once we receive it, we'll refund the full product cost minus the return shipping fee. Refunds are processed within 2 working days and will appear in your account within 2 weeks, depending on your payment method.
Damaged or defective products:
Contact us at hello@herbalgardens.co.uk. We'll arrange a free exchange immediately.
