Order processing

Order processing time

Your order will be dispatched within two working days of receiving the order. The delivery time depends on the courier fulfilment option selected at checkout, normally between 1-5 working days from dispatch. 

 

Change of address:

Addresses can be amended up to the point of dispatch. Please write to us at hello@herbalgardens.co.uk to change your address. If your items have been dispatched, our customer service team will work with you to try to find a suitable solution.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email to confirm dispatch once your order has been processed. This will also include tracking information so that you can keep up with the location of your parcel and the estimated time of arrival.

 

Click and collect

We don’t yet offer click & collect but plan on introducing this soon.

 

International shipping

We offer delivery within Europe (5-10 working days) for £9.99. Please note, any duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, so please check any potential expenses before ordering.
