Lotus Blossom Vulval & Vaginal Moisturiser

When the menopause hit no one warned me about one of the worse side effects, vaginal drynesses. It just wasn’t spoken about with any of my girlfriends so I thought it was just me. The shame meant I didn’t seek help.

I stumbled on this product through watching a video on instagram, whilst I thought I would give it a go I didn’t hold out much hope.

I have used this moisturiser. It smells lovely and certainly moisturises where or is supposed to.

I've had red raw skin between my inner and outer labia due to hormonal changes, and tried quite a few other moisturisers, creams, treatments etc to no avail. This moisturiser has finally helped heal my poor bits and inject some much needed moisture! After months and months of discomfort, I'm finally back to wearing jeans.

I have lichen sclerosis and during outbreaks the night time itching can be unbearable - some mornings I’ve woken to find I’ve scratched my skin raw. I don’t want to use steroids and although one nurse told me hydrocortisone is suitable I worry about thinning the fragile skin. I didn’t have high hopes but since using Lotus Blossom nightly the itching is nearly gone and my sleep is better. I also have intertrigo at the top of my legs and this gel also helps to soothe the skin.

So far, my reaction to this lovely product is WOW! I have used a different vagina, moisturiser for a couple of years that has been fine but I still felt I wasn’t getting quite the care I needed then I tried this one and the difference is remarkable. The balm feels soft and soothing when applied and so very comfortable both as a moisturiser and as a lubricant. It has made such a difference to my like in just a couple of weeks

I have Sjögren’s Disease, meaning that I have widespread dryness of skin, eyes, mouth etc etc, so when menopause hit, my intimate area has been severely affected and I’ve ended up with GSM. I was skeptical about this especially given it’s not the cheapest product out there, however when it arrived, not only was it blown away by the beautiful packaging, more importantly from the moment I put it on it soothed and calmed. I decided it to put some on a haemorrhoid I’ve had for ages (I know it’s not meant for that) but again it has soothed it so much! It’s a miracle!
